- 15 ml raspberry syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
- 1 egg white
- Ice cubes
- A fresh raspberry for garnish
Instructions for use
- Choose a chilled cocktail glass for serving.
- Add the gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, syrup and egg white to a dry shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the drink into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
