The Monkey Gland is a unique cocktail created by Harry MacElhone at Harry's New York Bar in Paris during the 1920s. Named after a controversial medical procedure of the time, the drink features a combination of gin, orange juice, grenadine and a hint of absinthe. It offers a perfect balance between the freshness of citrus and the sweetness of grenadine, with the absinthe providing a subtle herbal note. Monkey Gland is both eccentric and delicious, making it an exciting classic.
