- 50 ml smoky scotch whisky (e.g. Laphroaig)
- 25 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml ginger syrup
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml rökig whisky (till topping, för rökighet)
- Ice cubes
- En citronskiva och en ingefärs-skiva för garnering
Instructions for use
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add the smoky scotch, honey syrup, lemon juice and ginger syrup.
Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
Carefully add a splash of smoky whisky on top.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a slice of ginger.
Notes
- For best results, use a high-quality smoky scotch and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Adjust the amount of honey syrup and ginger syrup to suit your desired sweetness and spiciness.
- If you want a more intense smoky flavor, increase the amount of smoky whisky on top.
